We want you to love your NeonTag set. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund, no questions asked. This applies to every bundle we sell, including Duo Battle, Starter Battle, Squad Battle, and Ultimate Battle, whether purchased at full price or on a discount — we do not treat discounted bundles as final sale.

How to start a return

Contact us first at support@neontags.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll confirm your return and give you instructions. Items must be returned complete, with all blasters and vests from the bundle included.

Defective or damaged items

If your set arrives defective or damaged, contact us at support@neontags.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
